Payment Terms
I believe in clear and fair pricing, so you know exactly what to expect. My payment structure ensures you only pay for the services you need, with no hidden costs.
A £20 consultation fee is payable at the initial appointment.
If wax removal is required, the remaining £30 (both ears) or £20 (one ear) is payable at the removal appointment.
The £5 home visit fee is payable at the time of each visit. This may be more depending on your location, however I endeavour to keep client costs as affordable as possible and this will be discussed at time of booking
In rare cases, a third appointment may be needed if wax cannot be fully removed. This will be free of charge, provided olive oil has been used as advised and the wax is softened.

Full Ear Wax Removal Service
£50
Includes an initial consultation, ear examination, personalised management advice, and wax removal from both ears if required.
One Ear Irrigation
£40
If only one ear requires irrigation, the total cost for consultation and treatment is £40.
Consultation Only
£20
If wax removal isn’t necessary, you will only be charged for the consultation, which includes ear examination, on screen endoscopic view of your ear canal and management advice.
Home Visit Charge Per Visit
£5
For home visits, a £5 fee is added per visit to cover fuel costs. This may be more depending on your location, however I endeavour to keep client costs as affordable as possible and this will be discussed at time of booking.
